Q: I forgot or don't know MyHome log in. Where can I find that?
A: Check the verification email that came from
Online Loan Application when you created your account. Your PHMC MyHome username will be near the middle of the email.
If you no longer have this email, you can go to MyHome in the upper right and click on "forgot your username" in the login window.
Q: Why am I not able to select apply now on my mobile device?
A: If you are having trouble selecting apply now on your mobile device, make sure you have Javascript and Cookies turned on.
You will need to enable one or all three items for your browser.
If you are getting a 'Page Expired' error on Safari mobile browser, you will need to 'Clear History and Website Data' located in your settings.
Q: I created and verified my account. Why don't I see my loan?
A: First, locate the email you received with either subject "Electronic Disclosure Invitation or "Electronic Signature Consent for Loan Documents".
Next, click on the Borrower Center link in the email.
Then, login with your username and password
Finally, enter your Authorization code to complete linking your account to your loan.
Q: Why am I sent back to the Platinum Home Mortgage homepage when I try to Apply?
Once you have enabled cookies, go back to your mortgage consultant's page and reload the page.
Q: My authorization code is not working. What do I do now?
A: You will need to contact your mortgage consultant to verify your authorization code.
Q: Why can't I log in with my email address and password?
A: Make sure you are logging in with your
PHMC MyHome username and not with your email. If you forgot your username or password, you can click on "Forgot your username or password?" on the borrower center screen.
Q: How do I create a PHMC MyHome account and apply online?
A: From the mortgage consultant page click on the
Apply Now button and a new page will open.
Q: Why can't I upload my documents?
A: If you are getting errors uploading documents:
- Make sure your files are smaller than 15MB
- You may need to clear your browser cache - You need to allow cookies on the pages required for the Borrower Center
